Review content:
We called ABACUS to fix a drain that would not drain and was filling with water. I called to schedule an appointment. I needed to wait a day for an appointment. The day of the appointment the did call to tell me there would be a delay. The technician did arrive when they said he would. He thoroughly explained what was happening and why. He gave us two options. I really appreciate that I was not pressured to go with the more expensive option. Tyler did the work quickly and cleanly. I will call ABACUS in the future.
