Review content:
When my cat was very underweight, I brought him into Bridge Street Vet. The Vet and Techs were very nice, and was recommended a blood work. I was informed that the diagnostic and blood work would be separate charges, and I decided to go ahead have have the blood work. I was called three days later, only to be told that the clinic forgot to send in the blood, and they needed another sample. \r
The bloodwork came back negative, and I asked the Vet about doing a fecal, and the Vet stated he forgot about that and yes, he recommended getting one. At that point, he did not mention a cost, and I assumed, after spending $200, and since it had slipped his mind, it would of been included in the diagnostic. The Clinic had multiple opportunities to disclose to me the additional cost, when I called in for further instructions, dropped off, or got the phone call with the results. I never was given the opportunity to make the decision to proceed with the exam, knowing that there were addition
