I am actually pretty shocked to read all of the negative reviews on this site. Perhaps there are two Green Street Realties in Champaign. I have had mostly good experiences with this company.\r
The unit I moved into had recently been rented for something like 6 years solid, so before we moved in--and they didn't have much time--they re-painted and cleaned.\r
The staff in the office have always been nice to me. When we agreed to sign again this year, the secretary from the office even personally drove out to our apartment in bad weather to bring us the papers. Maintenance has also always been quick to respond, even when I submit the requests online. Shortly after we moved in, our refrigerator and main air conditioner seemed to not be cooling very well. The same (or possibly next) day, they brought brand new appliances, no questions asked. No fiddling around with the machines to see if they could fix it in some kind of cob-job way. Very professional job.
