Our carpets were extremely soiled and we had Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning come and clean them. The person who came out was very honest about what he was able to do. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, instead he was straight forward about how much he might be able to get out of our carpets and I really appreciated that.
When he finished cleaning our carpets, I was very impressed with how they looked. He was able to remove a lot of the stains that I thought were permanent and the carpets looked amazing. I was also surprised when I got the bill because I was expecting it to be higher than it was, but it was extremely reasonable for the work he did.
I cannot say enough about Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning. They were able to make our stained carpets look presentable and they backed it up with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and am very happy with the results.
