I choose Smith Brothers, after talking to several, mostly because they are a local business that is not tied to a corporate structure. I like to support local small business anytime I can.
The representative was very cordial, was not pushy regarding additional service options, and did a tremendous job. He asked all the right questions as far as pre-selected high traffic areas. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the results as we went, and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure that satisfaction was maintained. He worked very hard, yet took time to shutdown the machine if I had further questions or thoughts.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the service they provided and would recommend them as a great option for others to consider.
