After my initial call for emergency service, a technician arrived (11:30 pm) prior to the time slot we were given. Our problem was diagnosed and we were told that someone would contact us the next day. They did call, very polite and professional. I made arrangements later during the day for repairs, I had to wait on my Home Protection Plans original contractor to see if they were going to arrive or not. They did not ! Air Rescue had us up and going by 8:20 pm! Great Job!
