I have used Franklin for several years as it is the company that my employer uses. They were quick to respond when my A/C quit and offered me good options when it was apparent that my A/C unit would need to be replaced (it was installed when Lincoln was in the White House, I think). The new unit is excellent and exactly what I needed for my home--and much more energy-efficient. Aaron was courteous and did a good job of explaining and sharing info with the me and the company. I will continue to use Franklin for my heating and A/C needs.
