When we discovered that our sump pump failed and we had water all over our basement at 7PM, we were not sure if we would be able to find anyone to come out. Dean's Plumbing, did not have anyone to come out that evening, but later call me back to indicate they had a plumber who was willing to come out.
Tina was great to deal with. She came in quickly diagnosed the issue we encountered and fix the problem immediately. She gave me her insight on preventing this issue from occurring again.
We are very grateful that we were important enough to be at our side during what we considered to be a disaster.
