Review content:
For profit, uncaring, incompetently managed facility with poorly trained, overworked staff who often lied to cover their tracks or out of laziness. This place KILLED my father, who got no rehab but did get a concussion from being allowed to fall out of bed, and was killed by the continual prescribing of laxatives in the face of bloody diarrhea. Diaper not changed in over a week and he died of sepsis. He lost the will to live and died in a painful, undignified way. I still have nightmares about it and the entire episode (including reporting facility twice to the state) contributed to the ripping apart of family relationships. This place is a horror and should be shut down. The state does very little in terms of sanctions/punishments.
