We have had two experiences with Telco Electronics. One good and one bad. Our first experience was when we purchased a lamp for our rear projection TV. They had the item in stock and it was cheaper than it would have been if we had ordered it from Toshiba. So that was good.\r

8 months later we are now replacing that same lamp. (This is due to the crummy Toshiba TV that we own.) Again, they had the lamp in stock. However, when we got home and installed the lamp, it turned out that the newly purchased lamp was also bad (This according to Toshiba Customer Service). When I called Telco to tell them the lamp I just purchased was bad, they said, "We're very sorry, but all sales are final." This lamp has a 6-month warranty and they wouldn't take it back!! So they put the burden on the customer. That's NOT customer service. Thankfully, I called Toshiba and they will replace it directly. But in the future I will not be buying any more products or services from Telco Electronics.
