I recently hired Eastern to replace my shower stall. The plumbing work was great, the shower works wonderfully. The customer service is lacking. While replacing the shower stall they cut a 15" slit totally through the bathroom wall into my bedroom, and did not even apologize for it, when asked about the slit they responded "You could probably fix that with a wall kit I guess." Why should I have to fix it when you made the hole during a nearly $1600 job? They also said they were going to replace the trim in my shower and instead used mainly my old trim. The two pieces of new trim they did install in the corners of my shower stall were unfinished WOOD. If you put wood trim inside of a shower stall it will not last long. They also proceeded to pound two nails completely through my shower stall wall so that the points were sticking out through into my bedroom closet. All I ask for is $200 back so that i can be refunded the money I have spent to fix their mistakes and a little bit for my la
