Review content:
Today, Valentine's Day, is the one day of the year that I really enjoy receiving a bouquet of flowers from my husband. This year he sent me a dozen white roses (my favorite) along with a teddy bear & red heart. When it was delivered to my office, the delivery person smelled of cigarette smoke and the water from the vase had spilled onto the red heart, which was soaked and when I touched it with my fingers, the red dye was all over my hands. Between the price you pay for the flowers and the delivery charge, you would think they could be a little more careful. I called the shop to advise for future deliveries. The woman that answered the phone acted as though she could care less, as it is the busiest delivery day of the year. Well, next year, they will have one less delivery!! Not so great customer service.
