Awful!!! Went here because they are one of two vets in the area who carry a treatment protocol for Feline Leukemia. Neither vet seemed to really understand the actual protocol, which meant that I called the company who provided the injections and spoke to one of their vets to find out when I should actually be taking in my kitten. Secondly, this starts with a three week series. Not only did they charge a $40 injection fee (which I was ok with), but each of the three weeks they charged a $50 exam fee -- taking his weight, temp and running a flea comb. Useful. This fact actually caused me to ask my regular vet to start carrying it. I was told by Dr. Otterson that he was selling me the product 'at cost.' 3 shots = $307. Upon further research found out that their definition of 'at cost' is an 80% mark up. I understand that you have to make a living, but don't tell me I am 'at cost' when it is in fact a hefty mark-up. Unprofessional, unethical and fully ready to take advantage of pet owners who want to do the right thing.
