I used Janice's Critter Care over a 5 day holiday. I called around different places on short notice, many places I had to leave messages for and took FOREVER and a day to call me back, Janice was one of the few who actually answered right away :) and of course everyone else and even she seemed booked but she took me in last minute :) which was nice. She will come to your home and meet with you and your pets, which is nice because I could see how they would interact with her and they did like her very much. Also I could meet her and get an idea of the person that she is. she was really nice and offered to feed my 5 frogs while I was away, I could tell she had no intention of charging me for that but I had ways of keeping them fed so I declined. she also offered to pick up my mail :)!I have two cats that fight when I am not around so i have to keep them separated when i am not in the house. she understood this and it was nice to see when I got back that she had kept them separated in dif
