Bill's Glass is famous in our area for having a catchy (yet somewhat annoying) theme, so, when I had an accident with one of my car windows, I went ot Bill's Glass. Right from the start, one of the employees was there to help me. I explained my situation and what I needed and right from the start, he gave me a quote and an estimated completion date. Well, the estimated completion date was over 2 weeks off of the final date and the final price was much higher than the quote. While my window was replaced with a high quality product, I was dissapointed with how long it took to complete and how expensive the overall price was. The employees were helpful at first, but were rude when I showed them my quote paper trying to get some sort of discount.
PROS: Helpful (at first) Employees, High Quality Product
CONS: Pain to get some kind of discount, don't listen to their quotes, expensive!
