My A/C did not work so I took it in to get it checked out. The told me I needed all of my belts changed, my brakes chenged, and a few other services as well. I knew that it needed alot of work so I agreed to let them do it. I spent $1100.00 to get the works done to my van. It was done well and I left happy. \r \r A week later there was a noise so I took it back in. A guy told me that it was not because of prior work that he could take a look at it. He said it sounded like a "pump" was going out. I had my family in the van so I could not wait but I would take it in to Kia to to get it repaired under warranty. \r \r The next week the vehicle would not start and I called them back to get them to rectify the situation. The guy got aggrivated with me and said they will look at it if I bring it in. I told him that it would not start and asked them if they could tow it. He asked if it was the Kia he looked at, I said yes and asked if he was the owner, to which he replied yes. He start
