I have trusted Emerald for over ten years now. My first house was 60 years old and on three occasions, Emerald came to my home and, while I was expecting to be told that I needed a new furnace, Emerald always fixed the problem. They never tried to take advantage of me. Recently, in 2016, Emerald told me I needed a new furnace at my new house. Since my house was relatively new, I decided to get a second opinion. The technician from the other company asked me whole told me I needed a new furnace, and when I told him, his response was, "Emerald is a great company. They are honest and never try to rip anyone off. If they told you that your furnace needs to be replaced, then it does." Joe from Emerald is who I have dealt with on my last few occasions. He is a top-notch person, and Emerald is very lucky to have him. He is honest and helpful and considerate. I trust him implicitly. Emerald is the only place I will ever call in the future.
