We cannot tell you how we appreciate your great service and your technician, Jim Brainard. Last night we had a frightening time when our carbon monoxide detector alarm went off around 9:00 PM. We panicked and decided to call Emerald because they had just installed a furnace for us in October 2015. We did not feel sick or anything so we did not feel it was cause to call 911. Jim was on a call but told us he would call us as soon as he was done and would come to the house. We unplugged the detector and it stopped. We called him back and told him not to bother coming but he said he would just stop by for peace of mind for us and himself. He checked the whole house with his detector and found no carbon monoxide. He was so courteous and refused to charge us, which we would have paid because we felt so relieved he came. We were also so thrilled when our furnace was installed , Jake was such a nice person. We also got to meet Marty and had some great conversations. We will always recommend Emerald to our friends and will always use them in the future. This company restores my faith in humanity.
