After our tenant told us on Friday they had no heat, Jim came out within an hour of my call to make an assessment and called another co-worker for a second opinion. They had brought temporary heaters for the tenant to use over the cold weekend until the new boiler came in Tuesday. Marty, Jake and the crew came out to replace the old boiler system (23 years old!) and pipes for upstairs tenants. They were fantastic, diagnosing and executing every detail. They were clean, thorough, and explained everything they were doing. It was a huge job, took all day, but we are satisfied that everything was done that needed to be and our tenants needs were taken care of. Thank you!
