I called these guys the other day after reading all these good reviews on Google. I was stuck in the parking lot at work and needed to find a place to tow my car to. They told me to bring it down, they would be able to do a free diagnostic and we would go from there. I got the car started and still took it in, even though no tow was needed. I was met by a very nice mechanic who paid the street meter for me and walked me up to talk with their service writer. He was apparently in the middle of his lunch (around 4pm when they close at 5:30pm). I was asked why I had still brought it in. I told him it took me 45 mins to start and I needed to know what was wrong with it. He asked for the key and told me they would call the following day. When I showed confusion I was informed that there was 35 cars ahead of mine and they would look at mine tomorrow.
