Review content:
The office staff was great. They made me an appt for that afternoon and verified my insurance before I arrived. The staff member who did my X-rays was personable and helpful. However, after that, I waited about 45 min to see the dentist and when she arrived, she didn't introduce herself or have a name tag so I had to ask who she was. When I did ask, "Are you the dentist?" She said, "Unfortunately, yes." It just didn't instill a lot of confidence. However, once we got talking, she was very helpful.
