Businiess name:  The Greenbriar Inn

Review content:
Greenbriar Inn is one of the few truly fine-dining establishments in the Boulder area. And yet one can have a relaxed, informal dinner in the bar area (a separate room) or, weather permitting, out on the patio under magnificent old trees (great to do this just for a few small plates and wine). Having eaten here numerous times, we can honestly say that every dish is excellent, well-prepared and beautifully presented. The caesar salad, prepared table-side, is the best in town. Service is always friendly, professional and attentive. We had the crispy-skin arctic char this night--wonderful. The award-winning wine list is endless, and the wines available by the glass are well chosen. A higher-price restaurant, but worth every dollar. Getting there is a brief, pleasant drive north of town.
