This store would be so much better if the employees weren't so horrible. Maybe all of them aren't bad but from what I've seen they are. Last time I was there, one of the employees was cleaning the puppy cages, she would leave the puppy's in the cage while she lifted up the floor grate. The puppy's would have to cling on to it and be squished against the wall. She was so nasty to the puppies and just threw them around like they were dolls. Also, we played with one of the puppies, and it stepped in its poop. Another employee just put it back in its cage and left the poop on its foot. Gross? The birds are also an issue in my mind. They cover the cages so no one can play with them. Then by the time they uncover them the birds are unsocialize. All the kittens usually look sick and sometimes too young to be sold. They have very cute animals, the employees just don't seem to have the patience or care for the animals though.
