One year ago we bought our lab mix there. She had worms. It was an easy fix and I figured it was just a fluke. We recently bought our pitt bull puppy there as well. The day we got her home she had a cough. We took her to the vet and they told us that she had an upper respiratory infection. They also told me that the Pet Warehouse is known for having roaches. And that roaches carry many diseases that can be deadly for puppies. We got her medication and went on our way. The next day my poor puppy was MISERABLE. She wouldn't eat or drink. And so we took her to the vet again and they told us that our 8 week old puppy had a sever case of pneumonia. They also told us that we needed to put her in an intensive care unit and that they didn't think that she had a very good chance of making it. Two weeks and more than $900 later, she's getting better. I called pet warehouse during All of this and they REFUSED to pay her medical bills and told us that they would REPLACE our puppy.
