I don't know what is wrong with all you people leaving negative comments. My mother has been the main manager at this store for 12 years now, and I've worked there myself. Yeah, the owner may like money, but you know what, it's a private business, not a franchise so it's not like he can make money off of selling you people stuff for really cheap. They have to stay open somehow. \r

For those of you who love to complain about the "poor service," let me explain something to you. If you had to stand there day after day and deal with annoying people who terrorize the animals and are whiney and people who have bratty little children who don't listen and pester the animals you'd be grouchy too. The girls working there are very nice to customers, and I've only ever seen them be rude to each other. If you don't like it go somewhere else and stop complaining about stupid mess that you probably caused to begin with.\r
