This store has very polite and helpful employees. I have a ferret that I bought from them almost 4 years ago. I have been taking her there almost weekly to have her nails trimmed. They don't require me to make an appointment to do it, and it doesn't matter when I get there, as long as I get there before it closes at night. There has been 2 occasions where my ferret had an accident on the way to the store and they didn't mind bathing her for me, and with a reasonable fee. I asked if I needed to pay for the shampoo they used and they said I didn't, even though I saw them pull it off their shelf just to use it on her. I haven't had any bad experiences there and I've been going there regularly for 4 years. When my ferrret was sick I asked their advice as to what they think would help her. They told me about an over the counter medicine I could try for her. They didn't have the product in their store at the time, so they couldn't have told me about it just to make a sale. I did go
