Review content:
Have bought doors several times (for a couple of houses) over the years at Frank Lumber The Door Store and have always been satisfied with the service from their employees and the quality of the products they sell. \r
\r
Last summer I was replacing an old odd-sized sliding glass door. For the first time, I used one of their recommended installers and he was great.\r
Once he had taken the measurements, the consultant at Frank's helped me design the replacement system (two French doors and a side-lite). I really appreciated their ingenuity in helping me get a cost-effective solution that would not involve changing any of the outside opening. That's important when you have a situation where changing the outside opening would result in major renovation (like brick-work, etc). \r
\r
The final finishing of the doors (trimming them to fit) did not meet mine or the installers satisfaction so he took them back for a re-work. They completely the re-work in the same day and gave me a rebate
