Review content:
We used Douglas Enterprises for replacement siding on our home. Doug had exceptional follow through when we were quoting the project and prior to signing the contract. Once work began, he was less hands on, and when we had problems with the finishing work, his follow through was less than expected. We had to call him three times to get his crew back out to clean up caulking work and they never came. Doug never followed through on the back end. \r

The siding install went well but we weren't happy with some of the caulking around the windows and doors.\r
