Review content:
Bill's has a staff problem--at the front desk. The dark haired women has a tiny bit of power she likes to use. I was there for a tire repair, which led to additional work--which is ok, I trust the mechanics, and I was given a time estimate. I said I was on a tight schedule. No problem.
So the time goes by, no updates, no info; it's. About 15 or 20 minutes past the time, so I asked at the desk. The dark haired woman yells out to the garage and then tells me, "they're finishing up." I asked how much time that might take and she did not ask them, she blew it off with, "they're finishing up."
So I wait. And 30 minutes later I ask to speak with the manager. The woman now tells me Oh, I'm working on your paper now.
But she didn't bother to tell me, though I was standing right there and she knew the circumstances.
I'm going to write to Bob. He needs to know he lost a customer--who doesn't want to be treated like a beggar to be brushed off and embarrassed.
Pity; the service dept is so good.
