Review content:
In addition to the clean, comfortable rooms, our recent stay added faith that there are still good and honest people in the world. After good nights rest while traveling from Michigan to Missouri, I discovered in our rush to get home, I had left my jewerly bag in our room. In a panic, I called the front desk. Thank Goodness Ann Garski answered. I explained the situation. She was so wonderful. She assured me that Kyle Lewis in housekeeping had found the jewelry and she had it. She had tried to call but our contact number was the office and we were of course on the road. Ann and Kyle did not realize this was not just jewelry but pieces my father had given to me and he had recently passed away. This was not just monetary, it was personal. There is no way to put a dollar value on the emotions connected to that jewelry bag. I am sure every woman out there understands the sick feeling in the pit of my stomach I got when I realized it was gone then the relief and gratification when I spoke with Ann on the phone. She and Kyle were Fantastic! The Honesty and Integrity they showed is not taught, it is the person inside. The Strong Character they showed is to be commended and not over-looked! Thank you with all my heart! My entire family thanks you too! May God Bless, A Very Impressed and Happy Customer
