My entire experience with Buchner employee's was excellent. From the dispatcher on the phone, the Salesman and a big gold star to Jesse and Mike the installers. ( I did not catch their last names ) Both work hard, answered all of my wife's and my questions. Never rushed. I had both the furnace and CAC replaced. Its July the CAC is fantastic. I have no doubt when winter comes the furnace will perform as well.
