Floor Gems did a great job. Ken is a subject matter expert and was available to answer all my questions. My one recommendation ALWAYS measure the floors and don't go by the builder's measurements as I did. That little hiccup resulted in me needing more flooring on the install day. I started to get stressed but Leandro handled it and all was well.
My floors are beautiful--I am happy and will use Floorgem again without hesitation.
