She was warm, reassuring and very, very helpful throughout my ordeal. She visited me practically every single night during my three week stay in the hospital during the holiday season, and was there to personally do my emergency c-section. Most OBs do not even attend your delivery these days if it happens after hours or on weekends when they are not on call. I will always be a big fan of Dr. Gentry's. There aren't that many good female OBGYNs in the East Bay to begin with, fewer who are African American, fewer still who have been through infertility and IVF and high risk pregnancy personally. Dr. Gentry is beautiful, kind, and brilliant. I cannot say enough good things about her.
