Fantastic!! I returned the item and they let me know that it is defective and they are giving me a full refund without question. We ran into a small snag when the camera got lost in the warehouse but it was found and I was notified, and that it would be tested the next day. I was kept updated every step of the process. I would purchase from Solid Signal again in a heartbeat. They were so easy to work with that I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase electronics.
