I had an incredible customer service experience with Carl's Van Rentals. My wife and I rented a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited last weekend for 24 hours (we are thinking about buying one). Not only is Carl's the only company in the greater Tampa metro area that rents out Wranglers, but their prices are also great! When my wife and I experienced a bit of a misunderstanding during the billing process afterwards, the fleet manager Cameron Bethmann cleared it up immediately and could not have been nicer or more professional.
Cameron went the extra mile to ensure that my wife and I had a great customer experience. I give them my highest recommendation!
If you are looking to rent a Wrangler either to test out before you buy, or for extra fun during your beach vacation - give Carl's a try.
