Review content:
While I would like to be able to rate this business higher, the staff t here just didn't seem to follow through with our situation the way we thought they should. They just seemd "too busy" to figure out what was wrong, and seemed to ignore our pet when it was in distress. We ended up taking our pet to Anchorage to get the proper care it needed. It seemed the Anchorage vets were more caring. They also lacked the kind of 'bed side' manner that would have been appreciated when dealing with a serious medical condition. Our children were very upset.
