DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Showed up late every time, did not fix the problem with my washer and would only come back a week later to check their work each time. When I finally demanded a refund on the warrantied parts and service after 5 weeks of them supposedly fixing it, they refused unless I would let them take the washer. Poor on site service and terrible customer service over the phone as well. Did not follow through with warranty or refund promises after their incompentant tech was unable to fix the problem. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
