My wife received a plant for Mother's Day. She planted it - died. Called Ponderosa & was told they would replace it & send it on Mon., (this was a Thur.), so it wouldn't sit in a hot warehouse. I asked to purchase one at the same time. I was told no charge since we had a problem! THREE weeks later we got it & was ONLY 1 plant, not 2 & the box said 2 plants. It was wilting & my wife planted it & it died! My wife has plants from 1977 & was moved twice. She has at least 1 hundred plants, she KNOWS gardening. We feel that we were cheated - TWICE. We are not at all happy with this situation!
