Review content:
there are two recalls on our leased vehicle and we were told that it would take an hour to fix both. We waited for over two hours with no updates or explanations as to why it was taking so long. We finally had to demand that we get our truck back. Honestly, we can't be sure that the repairs were made or that they had even started them because they were ready to get us out the door. The staff was rude and unapologetic about the whole issue.
