Dan did a great explanation of replacement options to furnace and A/C system. Before he left, he was hands on technical, so he had one quick idea to check the capacitor of the outside A/C condenser/compressor unit. That capacitor did the trick to return the A/C system to fully operational in 5 minutes. Great to have a sales consultant appointment with someone who really new the system operation, listened to how the system failed 2 days prior and had a simple checkup idea before leaving which fixed the A/C on a very humid day.
