I inadvertently let my 2nd Premium Customer visit lapse, but Wolfgang's still honored it. Thank you! Chris B. came out to service my a/c. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me, but gave me a heads-up on things to watch for; how to properly insert the filter (oops!); and how to always know the right way to insert it. He was a great help! Thanks, Chris and Wolfgang's! I'm really pleased with the service.
