Review content:
We have just moved from Texas and have always had the Ford dealership service the vehicle. Saw your place when visiting Lowe's and decided to give it a try. Was amazed at the service included in the oil change which came at a very reasonable price. Was prepared for an extended stay and even brought a book - but they were finished in about 30 minutes. The paperwork was explained line by line and they answered my questions in detail without making me feel like I was imposing on their time. Also explained that the oil can be changed once a year since it will take several years for me to drive the normal 6000 miles. Overall I was very impressed with the personnel, service and cleanliness of the facility and I will continue to have our vehicle serviced there.
