I was in the shop for a total of an hour from vision screenings to payment confirmation. Doctor was very pleasant and took interest in my extra curricular activities for which I must have the best vision, and he didn't hesitate to let me see 3...4...3...4... just one or two more times. I was hoping to find a particular style of frames for which I've long been pining, but none were available in the regular or clearance sections (I didn't look in the "designer" area) but was able to choose from plenty of other options. Come time to order, there was NO HESITATION when I asked for frames A&B to be figured-up with Insurance, and frames C&D to be figured-up with the coupon/2-for $ deal. In the end, I chose to save more than $100 over my insurance deductibles with the 2-for $ and am eager to pick them up. The offering of the deluxe lenses for visual acuity and extended frame warranty also add to my satisfaction. Our whole family will return.
