Review content:
I was pleased with my experience and found all the dental assistants were friendly. However, the dozens of bite wing x-rays were both uncomfortable and made me gag to tears. The assistant taking the x-rays laughed at me whenever I gagged. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I was disappointed that there was no sedation offered of any kind for procedures. Every dental office provides some minimum sedation or nitrous gas. I understand and appreciate the attempt to keep prices low for the patient, but I would be willing to pay more to avoid an hour or more of misery. The financial assistant was a bit pushy in selling optional procedures. Rather than providing financial information on my one procedure. He pushed a dental package for thousands of dollars. I learned you have to be assertive when discussing your plans and budget with them. They are very professional and caring but need a little more training in patient comfort and satisfaction.
