Review content:
Marcelo and his team were home about a week ago and we loved the work done.
Overall, he is very professional, meticulous and careful to learn what your expectations are. He is very honest and transparent, we had asked him to take care of a leak that was damaging one of the walls of our home and he instead of saying yes, he recommended us to contact the Air Conditioning Vendor because it could be still under warranty (our house is a couple of years old). We took his advise and discovered that the a part of the AC is actually broken! He was so right! Someone else could have come up with the work around we were asking to deviate the water leak somewhere else instead of the wall. Not him, he offered to power wash the wall to get rid of the mold and to apply a product that would repel the humidity and mold (which he took care of for us).
We were very pleased and grateful with their work and Marcelo's advise! His working experience really shows.
