AmeriSpec Inspection Services can accommodate all of our needs, and there's never any trouble with scheduling appointments because they are responsive and fit us in. Peter McLeay is a great inspector who is very thorough and very good with customers and explaining his findings. He has really helped us out and has gone above and beyond, and is just very customer-service oriented. He's good with the buyers and very patient; he answers questions, explains things, has good people skills and takes his time with people. The reports are good, and Peter sends the reports through e-mail. We have a summary page that's printed out at the time of the inspection walk-through with the clients, so we can make our notes and find out what's important and what isn't.
