Aire Serv quickly responded to an emergency I had when the AC unit in a rental home I own suddenly went out on a Friday afternoon. Making matters worse was the fact, I was out of town. Aire Serv quickly determined the entire unit needed replacing and made arrangements to have the work performed ASAP. Very professional service ensued and the company actually performed the work one day earlier than estimated. They moved jobs around due to the situation we were in as three tenants were displaced. They also installed a window unit at no charge in the interim which was much appreciated. The only suggestion I have would be for the paperwork to list more detailed costs per item. This may make it easier to submit the job for reimbursement in a home warranty program. Overall we were very pleased with the performance by Aire Serv in this instance. We were concerned with their safety as work was performed in an attic on a warm summer day. Due to the breaks needed to the heat, it is understandable installation took most of a day. Safety concerns for employees and customers needs to be a priority in these instances and Aire Serv demonstrated it was.
