I have rented off this company for several years now...not sure about the things the other guy said... every time I ever had any issues the office and maintenance staff was quick to repair the problems. In my experience with leaks they came in removed damaged drywall aloud to dry as they repaired the problem then they came back and replaced the drywall and painted my whole bathroom top to bottom and the guy doing it was very polite and efficient the whole time. I have and in the future would recommend anyone to them if they needed an apartment.
