I've had several experiences with McKenna Storer--from contract disputes to employment disputes--on a commercial-business basis. I've also referred them to a business acquaintance to lead an involuntary bankruptcy that shut down a Ponzi scheme, and they have been fighting ever since to get funds returned to investors. And, on some small things like trademarking and business administration, they are all very helpful.
I predominately deal with Sara Cook, who is the managing general partner of the firm, and she's a wonderful lady. I've dealt with several attorneys and, with some law firms, you get the feeling you get billed just to get billed. In dealing with Sara, I feel I am billed for the service she provides. She has been very easy and fair to deal with, and she's very intelligent. I feel like I'm paying for a good service, unlike dealing with other firms where I felt I was being gouged with their fees. I would highly recommend McKenna Storer and, especially, Sara Cook.
