Review content:
Renner Management was part of the reason I was not able to save my condo a t Buntingtree from foreclosure. I was trying to work with my mortgage holder and they charged me $500 for their attorney to review the foreclosure paperwork, which caused my otherwise up to date maintenance fees to appear to be in arrears. I was not able to get a letter from Renner showing that my monthly maintenance fee to be current so that my mortgage holder would consider rewriting my mortgage, thereby saving my condo. I know Renner has a law firm on retainer. Why would they have needed to pay them a $500 fee to review a standard boilerplate foreclosure document? Pure meanness, that's all. Kick 'em while they're down. Renner is the worst. Owners at Buntingtree have talked about wanting to get them out of there for years and supposedly not being able to. I think they just need to get a group together and contact an attorney to see what they need to do to make it happen!
